The My Classes functionality is available on the REPORTS homepage for the KS5 reports and is accessible for all users. It can be used to quickly navigate to the Grade Analysis - Grade List report for up to five qualifications or classes. The classes selected are user specific, so each user can set up their own favourite classes, which can be really handy for Class Teachers or Heads of Department/Subject.
How to set up 'My Classes'
- Click REPORTS to access the REPORTS home page
- Select KS5 & the cohort you want to work with
- Underneath 'My Classes' click 'Add Classes'. Note - The classes you add here will be unique for the cohort you've selected.
Select the desired qualification for the 'Qualification' dropdown. You then have the option to select a specific class in the 'Class' dropdown or leave it set to include 'All Students' for that qualification. Then click on 'Add' for this to be saved.
You can add up to four more qualifications/classes in total by clicking on the '+' icon below your current class. To remove a class, simply click on the bin icon on the right hand side.
How to use 'My Classes'
Once the classes have been created, you can then click on the qualification/class to be taken directly to the Grade Analysis - Grade List report.
Here you can see the analysis for the students in that specific qualification or class. For example, if I click into the 'English Literature 13EL1' shown above, I will be shown the Grade List for all students taking English Literature in the 13EL1 class.
If you want to change to a different favourite, you can return to the REPORTS homepage and select a different option from the My Classes section.
