Once you have uploaded at least one grades file into Analytics, you will be able to access the Grades Management section. This section will display information for each qualification in that data set or assessment collection you’re working in, including grade counts and selections made on the Matching page.
Analytics will also perform checks on the grades uploaded and Attitude to Learning (AtL) judgements imported, to find any potential setup issues that could affect the integrity of the reports. Therefore it is always advisable to check the Grades Management page before moving on to publish your data set or assessment collection.
How to access the Grades Management page

To access the Grades Management page, go to DATA > select keystage and cohort > GRADES > Grades Management. You will then be directed to select a data set that you wish to view from the dropdown box.

Warning Icons
If there are issues with the set up that will stop the grades/judgements appearing appropriately in the reports, the Grades Management page will display various Warning Icons to alert you to these issues. Some of these issues will affect how your grades/judgements appear in the reports, but some will stop you from publishing a data set or assessment collection.
At the top right corner of the Grades Management page there is a key to help in interpreting the warning icons. You can also hover over an icon with your cursor for a tip.
