When you reset your password for Sisra Analytics, it should only take a few minutes for the reset email to come through to your registered email address. If this doesn't come through, we recommend checking that you're clicking 'Forgotten your login details?' on the Sisra Analytics login page here: https://www.sisraanalytics.co.uk/.
If you do not receive the email, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- You have not entered your email address correctly.
- The address entered is not associated with an active user account (you could be entering an email address that isn't registered in Sisra Analytics, your Sisra Admin at school should be able to check this for you).
- The email is in your spam or junk folder, or has been blocked by the spam filters.
If you still have problems, we recommend speaking to your Sisra Admin at school or local IT department who may then be able to check the following:
- @sisra.com is on your accepted lists at school
- The cookies in your browser are enabled
- Clearing your browser cache
