KS4 Exams: Analysing Headlines & Key Student Groups (e.g. Disadvantaged)

To see an overview of your school’s key performance measures, click REPORTS > KS3/4 > Cohort > ‘Year 11 Data’ > ‘Exams’ and click Whole Cohort.

This displays figures for each headline measure, split into separate sections such as Attainment 8 & Progress 8, Basics, EBacc, etc.

You can also analyse your Headline figures at Dashboard, Charts, and Filters level:

  • Dashboard – A graphical summary of how the cohort have performed in key measures.
  • Charts – A visual representation of how the cohort have performed in each measure.
  • Filters - Quickly see each performance measure broken down by each filter value.

Disadvantaged and other filters

To analyse your school performance measures by Disadvantaged, SEN, etc. (if set up), you can use the Breakdown drop down and select a filter.

This allows you to break down figures by a click of a button, and view gap analysis for filters with 2 values.
