To publish the reports with data from the 2024 Data Collaboration, please follow the steps outlined below:
1 / Check you've completed the Data Collaboration set up
First, go to DATA, then select Keystage 3/4 and the relevant Cohort.
To check the collaboration setup is complete, check the Setup progress indicator on the left, as demonstrated in the screenshot below.
- If you have completed the required setup, the Setup indicator should read 100%. Next, click the Publish indicator, to check you have published STUDENTS and KS2/EAP, then move to Step 2.
- If this is not 100%, you can click on the progress bar to view the area which has not passed the setup checks and continue through the setup to complete this. For more information on setting up the Data Collaboration, see the article here - Setting up the Sisra Data Collaboration (Admin).
2 / Publish your reports with the 2024 Data Collaboration
To publish, click DATA > KS3/4 and cohort > GRADES > Publish Grades. Next to your chosen data set, such as Exams, click 'Publish'.
The KS2 Baseline Type in the publishing pop out window should read 'Scaled Scores'. If this reads 'NC Fine Levels' then you would need to first deactivate the Baseline Override via KS2/EAP > Data Collaboration. |
In the publishing pop out window, you will need to:
- Set the Data Collaboration drop down to '2024 Collab', to produce related report features, i.e. SPI and collaborative headlines.
- Set the A8 Estimates and VA Estimates drop downs to '2024 Collab - Exams', to produce Progress 8 and EBacc Value Added figures using estimates based on all opted in Sisra schools and their 23/24 exam results*.
If you're unable to select the options mentioned above, we recommend looking at Step 1, to check the Data Collaboration setup/publishing requirements are complete.
Once you have made the relevant selections, click 'Publish'. Your reports will then be updated with the above.
*Note regarding A8 & VA Estimates: Once the official DfE A8 & VA Estimates for 2024 are made available in October, we would recommend returning to this area, and republishing your 23/24 (Leavers) reports with those estimates for accurate Progress 8 and EBacc Value Added figures. For all current cohorts, you may also want to use these latest official estimates until a newer version becomes available. |
