Help Centre
All users set up within Sisra Analytics can access our help centre, which contains a wide range of useful articles and videos, all to help you and your staff utilise the service. This includes information from how to setup Analytics and analyse data in the reports, to additional useful resources and training materials!
To open the help centre, click HELP in the top right corner of any page in Sisra Analytics, which will then open this in a separate tab in your browser.
Contacting Customer Support (Admins only)
Sisra Admins or users with access to the 'DATA' area within Sisra Analytics, can contact the Sisra Support team via Live Chat, during opening hours, or by leaving a message either during, or outside of opening hours.
Live Chat is available 9am to 5pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. As such, if you're unable to find the help you need within the help centre, you can pop onto Live Chat to speak to one of the support team in real time!
To access live support, click the button in the bottom right corner of any page within Analytics.
You can then enter your query/question and once you press Enter, the chat bot will try to find any relevant articles to assist you.
If you are unable to find an answer to your question, you can then click 'Get in touch' to contact the support team directly. From here, you can select either 'Live Chat' (available between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday - Friday UK time), or 'Leave a Message' if you prefer a reply via email instead.
Once you click 'Live Chat', you can then enter your query in the Message box, and then click 'Start Chat'.
You will then be connected with a member of the support team as quickly as possible. Please ensure to include as much relevant information as you can in your query (such as the key stage and cohort you're working with, for example) as this can help the support team to resolve your issue quicker.
During busy periods there may be a slightly longer wait before you connect with a support operator. Please rest assured a member of the team will get to you in due course, but you can opt to leave a message for one of the team to get back to you via email, if you prefer.
Having problems accessing Live Chat? We recommend asking your local IT department to ensure *.zopim.com is on your accepted list of your firewall. |
Outside of opening hours you can still click 'Support' and 'Leave a Message' and we will get back to you via email (sisrasupport@junipereducation.org) as soon as we can. Please include as much detail as possible, as this helps to ensure we can help you with your query as quickly as we can.
