KS5 - How to access the reports

This article aims to provide an overview of how to access published KS5 reports

How to access the KS5 Reports

  1. Click REPORTS
  2. Click KS5
  3. Select a current or leavers cohort
  4. Select the data set you want to view from the DATA SET drop down

Select from the following:

5. Standard Report: These icons open the relevant report for your chosen data set and will vary depending on the set up completed by your Sisra Admin. Each report contains different views and the data can be grouped by filter groups, faculties, qualifications, classes, or students where applicable.

6. Shortcuts: Underneath ‘Shortcuts’, you have access to the ‘Students’ button, which provides quick access to the Grades Analysis report grouped by students. 

7. My Classes: To the right, underneath ‘My Classes’, up to five classes or qualifications can be added as quick links on the Reports homepage. These provide instant access to the grades list report for the selected class/qualification, showing the list of students with a grade in the data set or assessment point you are working with, which can be really useful for Heads of Faculty/Department and Class Teachers.

Did you know?
Depending on your school’s setup, you may also have access the Qualifications Trend reports!

The Qualification Trends report provides interactive year-on-year comparison of your Exams and can be accessed by clicking 'VIEW THE TRENDS REPORT' on the blue banner of the REPORTS home page, as shown in the screenshot above.
