The column Sort dropdown allows you to sort by a specific column in the reports, either alphabetically or numerically.
Clicking the arrow icon shown to the right of the dropdown allows you to switch the order of the data shown in either ascending or descending order.
For example, using Compare alongside column sort would allow you to sort the ‘Grade Points (Diff)’ column to display how far students are below their target grade in a particular qualification. Alternatively, you could sort the A8/P8 Overview report by the ‘Tot Slots Filled’ column to find which students have or haven’t filled all slots within Attainment 8 in that data set.
