Report Exports
When viewing the KS3/4 or KS5 reports, the export functionality is displayed on the right-hand side underneath the HELP button, allowing you to export the report level you’re viewing into Excel.
In KS3/4, this will be displayed as an Excel spreadsheet icon | |
In KS5, this will be displayed as an ‘Export’ button |
Your export will look similar to the example below, containing publishing information, details on which options have been selected, and the data from the report itself.
Charts
Charts or graphs can be downloaded by clicking the three horizontal lines in the corner of this chart, and then clicking ‘Download Image’.
Alternatively, use the Screenshot shortcut or the Print Screen button on your keyboard to copy a page of charts.
Key Characteristics
When viewing KS3/4 or KS5 reports, you can also export the Key Characteristics from the REPORTS home page, or from within the report you’re viewing.
In KS3/4, you can view Key Characteristics by clicking the key. | |
In KS5, you can click the Key Characteristics button. |
In the pop out window that appears, click ‘Export’ at the bottom.
This will export the counts and percentages of each individual filter value based on the report and filters that are applied.
