The Data Collab bar will only be available in reports that your Sisra Admin has published with Data Collaboration report features. This is indicated by the icon next to the data set or assessment on the REPORTS homepage. Below we have explained the options on this bar.
Q: What is the Sisra Data Collaboration? A: For more information on this, see our dedicated article - What is the Sisra Data Collaboration? |
The Dataset Information icon displays a pop-up showing publishing details for the Main Focus data set. This includes which year’s DfE Rules, A8 Estimates, and VA Estimates this has been published with, as well as when this was last published by your Sisra Admin. |
The Qualification Grouping icon displays a list of each of your qualifications within school and the corresponding qualifications these have been grouped with to form the collaboration data in the Transition Matrix or for Subject Progress Index figures. For example, Biology could be grouped with Biology and Human Biology, Chemistry with Chemistry, etc. |
The Show/Hide Collab. Data icons can be used to toggle between displaying the Sisra collaboration data or hiding this on the Headlines Summary Report and the Transition Matrix. For example, on the Transition Matrix, the Show Collab. Data selection will display additional ‘Collaboration Data’ rows in blue. This allows you to compare your schools’ figures with the figures from all schools who opted into the Data Collaboration. The Hide Collab. Data selection will only display the figures for your school, calculated from the grades uploaded into the selected data set or assessment collection. On the Headlines Summary Report, two additional blue columns are displayed showing each headline figure calculated using the collaborative data, colour coding is then used to compare your data, with this collaborative data. Clicking ‘Hide Collab. Data’ will remove these columns temporarily from your report. |
The Actual / Difference icons can be used to toggle between viewing the figures within the Transition Matrix as the actual percentages achieved, or the differences between these and the collaborative figures. |
