If your KS2 Baseline data is not appearing in the reports and you instead have a blank column, such as in the screenshot below, there are two possible reasons for this.
1 / Republish
The first reason may be that you have made changes to and republished your KS2 / EAP data, but have not republished your GRADES data (or you may not have published at all).
To resolve this, you will need to first go to DATA > select KS3/4 and cohort > KS2/EAP > Publish KS2/EAP and click 'Publish'.
Once you have published your KS2/EAP data, you will also need to publish grades, by clicking GRADES > Publish Grades and then click on the blue 'Publish' button beside each of your reports. Then click on the green 'Publish' button to republish each report.
2 / Attainment 8 Estimates and KS2 Baseline Type
If this does not resolve the issue, it may be that your reports are published using Attainment 8 and/or VA estimates that are unsuitable for your KS2 Baseline type.
If your cohort is using Scaled Scores, you can publish using the latest available estimates for Progress 8 (or if working with a historical cohort, you should select the year related to the cohort in question).
If your cohort is using NC Fine Levels, you need to publish using estimates earlier than 2021 (based on the year they were reported on)
To check this, go to DATA > select KS3/4 and cohort > GRADES > Publish Grades and then click on the blue 'Publish' button beside each of your reports. You can check which Baseline type is in use at the top of the pop-up, and then select the relevant A8 estimates and VA estimates in the dropdown boxes for that baseline type. Then click on the green 'Publish' button.
If the above does not resolve your issue, as a Sisra Admin you can click 'Support' to pop onto Live Chat.
