If you’re unable to use Online mode due to network restrictions, you can enable ‘Offline mode’ which allows you to manually add the columns you wish to format and upload into Analytics as part of your Student Data. You would only need to set this up once (unless additional changes are made to the profiles), and then the settings will be remembered.

If you make changes to your Student Data Profile while Offline mode is enabled, please ensure that you manually update the columns in the Add-In to include them. Custom filters must match the names and order of the filters in your profile (in CONFIG. > Student Data). |
To set up Offline mode, click the SISRA tab > Manage Profiles > Offline tab.
| Once you have read the information shown, place a tick next to ‘Enable Offline Mode’. You will then be able to customise the filters that the Add-In should reflect in order to format your student data file. |

Fixed filters shown on the left must be included in your student data, whereas custom filters on the right represent additional filters created in the CONFIG. area of your Analytics school. You can add or delete filters in offline mode using the 'Add Filter' and 'Delete Filter' buttons on the right, and move these into the same order as reflected in your Student Data Profile in Analytics using the 'Move Up' and 'Move Down' buttons. (You can check the filters included and in which order in your Student Data Profile within Analytics by clicking CONFIG. > Student Data > Student Data Profile.) |
