To publish KS2 / EAP, go to DATA > select KS3/4 and cohort > KS2 / EAP > Publish KS2 / EAP, then click ‘Publish’. This will update KS2 baselines, EAP baselines, and EAPs used in the reports.
Health Check (24/25 to 18/19 cohorts)
A pop out may be displayed detailing a health check that Analytics conducts on the KS2 baseline setup for 18/19 through to 24/25* cohorts. This includes information on the data check conducted, the area this was checked in, the warning icon shown, and a link to resources to help you resolve this.
A traffic light coloured indicator will be displayed on the Health tab and in the ‘Pass/Fail’ column to indicate the status of each check. Green indicates that there are no issues found and amber indicates there is a potential issue that we would recommend resolving to ensure accuracy within the reports.
If any issues are found, we would recommend working through dedicated article - KS2 Baseline Management: Warning Icons.
*For the 24/25 cohort, we are aware you may not have KS2 Scaled Score baselines uploaded owing to these students not having taken official KS2 tests. In this instance, you will be able to proceed with publishing KS2/EAP as normal and disregard this warning. This will not affect access to collaborative headline figures, should you wish to publish reports in this cohort with Data Collaboration enabled. Please see our article here for more information on how Data Collaboration is affected. |
Once you have resolved any warning icons and the health check is shown green, click ‘Publish’.
A pop-up window will be displayed showing the progress of the publishing, which will turn green once complete.
If you have published your STUDENTS and GRADES data previously for the cohort, you can click the green ‘Publishing Complete’ bar when publishing the data in any tab to be taken straight to the reports.
If you still need to publish your GRADES data, you can click ‘Close’ to close the pop out.
