If you're unable to save your KS3/4 Matching page (for example, the 'Save Changes' button is greyed out), we recommend firstly checking that the EAP column is populated.
If you have completed all the selections correctly, then it may be a local issue or setting on your machine or network which is causing this, such as an ad blocker. For example, one of our helpful schools confirmed their issue was in relation to uBlock Origin.
A temporary way to get around this would be to open your browser in Incognito / Private mode. This is a separate mode within your browser which excludes plug-ins & add-ons that can sometimes affect functionality on a site.
This process may vary depending on your browser, for example in Chrome you can click the 3 dots in the top right corner > New Incognito window.
You can then enter the Analytics URL (https://www.sisraanalytics.co.uk/) login, and return to complete your Matching page changes.
To resolve this issue going forward, we recommend contacting your local IT team who should be able to check if you have an ad blocker or similar causing this, and amend or disable the settings to address this issue.
