FAQ: We're using the KS4 MAT Dashboard, how can I ensure my school's data pulls through?

To ensure the reports pull through to the KS4 MAT dashboard for your school, you will need to ensure the below steps have been completed:

• Select the 'Grade Type' for each appropriate Data Set.

Grade Type can be selected via DATA > select KS3/4 and Cohort > GRADES > Uploads > Select Dataset or Assessment. Click the 'Select Grade Type that this data set relates to:' dropdown and select the option most appropriate for the type of grades uploaded:

For Assessment Collections, you will need to click 'Edit Collection' from within the relevant collection to select a Grade Type

• Ensure the Data Collaboration 'Setup' and 'Publish' are both 100% complete*.

You can check this within any of the STUDENTS, KS2/EAP and GRADES tabs.

If this does not show as 100% complete*, this suggests there are some steps which are incomplete within Analytics. Head to the 'Setting up the Sisra Data Collaboration' guide for more information on how to complete this setup. 

• Publish the Data Set via GRADES > Publish Grades. (All usual setup steps, including creating EAPs and Matching must be completed before you can access this area).
