To ensure the reports pull through to the KS4 MAT dashboard for your school, you will need to ensure the below steps have been completed:
- Select the 'Grade Type' for each appropriate Data Set.
Grade Type can be selected via DATA > select KS3/4 and Cohort > GRADES > Uploads > Select Dataset or Assessment. Click the 'Select Grade Type that this data set relates to:' dropdown and select the option most appropriate for the type of grades uploaded:
For Assessment Collections, you will need to click 'Edit Collection' from within the relevant collection to select a Grade Type
- Ensure the Data Collaboration 'Setup' and 'Publish' are both 100% complete.
You can check this within any of the STUDENTS, KS2/EAP and GRADES tabs.
If this does not show as 100% complete, this suggests there are some steps which are incomplete within Analytics. Head to the 'Setting up the Sisra Data Collaboration' guide for more information on how to complete this setup.
- Publish the Data Set via GRADES > Publish Grades. (All usual setup steps, including creating EAPs and Matching must be completed before you can access this area).
