To ensure the reports pull through to the KS5 MAT dashboard for your school, you will need to ensure the below steps have been completed:
- Complete the Key Filter Mapping page, via DATA > select KS5 and Cohort > STUDENTS > Key Filter Mapping. Your school's Disadvantaged, Gender and SEN filters should be mapped to the appropriate Sisra Key Filters.
- Select the 'Grade Type' for each appropriate Data Set.
Grade Type can be selected via DATA > select KS5 and Cohort > GRADES > Uploads > Select Dataset or Assessment. Click the 'Select Grade Type that this data set relates to:' dropdown and select the option most appropriate for the type of grades uploaded:
For Assessment Collections, you will need to click 'Edit Collection' from within the relevant collection to select a Grade Type
- Publish the Data Set via GRADES > Publish Grades. (All usual setup steps, including creating EAPs and Matching must be completed before you can access this area)
