You can set up EAP colour coding to highlight in the reports whether the grades a student has achieved are above, on or below the expected grades entered into your EAP. By default, this would be switched on for all published data sets and assessments.
KS3/4 - EAP Colour Coding
To turn this off for a specific data set in a KS3/4 cohort, click DATA > KS3/4 and cohort > KS2 / EAP (A1) > EAP (A2) > Colour Coding (A3) > ‘Edit’ (A4). You can then use the dropdowns to turn this off where necessary. For example, you may have a predicted grades data set, but current attainment expectations are entered into your EAPs, and so automatic colour coding is not required. Once you have done this, click ‘Save’.
You will then need to republish the KS2/EAP and GRADES areas to update your reports.
KS5 - EAP Colour Coding
To turn this off for a specific data set in a KS5 cohort, click DATA > KS5 and cohort > KS4 / EAP > EAP / Baselines > Colour Coding (A3) > ‘Edit’ (A4). You can use the toggles to turn this off where necessary. For example, you may have a predicted grades data set, but current attainment expectations are entered into your EAPs, and so automatic colour coding is not required. Once you have done this, click ‘Save’.
You will then need to republish the KS4/EAP and GRADES areas to update your reports.
