We are aware that there are no official Scaled Scores for 24/25 and 25/26 leavers cohorts, but because we know that some schools have allocated Scaled Scores for these students retrospectively, we have unlocked Data Collaboration functionality in these two cohorts.
All of the usual DC setup/publish checks and guidance will be available and if you have allocated Scaled Scores to your students, you can treat this cohort like any other to produce all KS2 prior attainment based figures (P8, VA, and SPI).
However, schools who have not allocated Scaled Scores, and therefore have no KS2 baselines, can ignore the KS2/EAP setup and publish checks, but still publish with DC data enabled to see collaborative headline data.
Providing Key Filter Mapping and Matching is completed, and STUDENTS is published, the 24/25 and 25/26 cohorts can still be published with Data Collaboration enabled even with the Setup status at 66% Complete and the Publishing status at 50% Complete.
This also applies to MAT reporting. Where a relevant Grade Type has been selected, any published reports will still be promoted. |
In order to produce non-KS2 based headline figures, schools should publish with Headlines enabled as usual, and can select any set of A8 and VA estimates – no P8, VA, or SPI figures will be produced, but all other headlines and all grades analysis will be available.
If you are interested in how to obtain converted KS2 Scaled Scores for 24/25 and 25/26 cohorts (in order to see Progress 8 and SPI for internal analysis), we would recommend requesting to join our community forum, or Facebook group where Data Managers in Sisra schools from all over the country may be able to help. You can do this within the links in the article here. Please note that the Sisra Support team are not able to advise on how to obtain converted Scaled Scores for these two cohorts. It is also worth noting that the DfE have confirmed Progress 8 will not officially be reported on for these students. |
