Below we have outlined how to analyse faculties in either the KS3/4 or KS5 reports, which can be handy for a Head of Department/Faculty.
Analysing Faculties in the KS3/4 Reports
In the KS3/4 reports, the Faculty dropdown is available under the Options tab and allows you to filter the reports you are viewing to only include qualifications within the selected faculty.
The Faculty level is also available in various report views, accessed using the blue navigation bar, and will display a row for each faculty set up for the cohort.
Analysing Faculties in the KS5 Reports
In the KS5 reports, you can group different report views by faculties, which will display a row for each faculty set up for the cohort. This is selected via the Group Report Data By and selecting Faculties.
You can also filter by a specific faculty in the KS5 reports, by clicking ‘Add Filter’.
