This article aims to explain how to filter reports by Focus Groups (created by Sisra Administrators at your school) in the KS3/4 reports.
Once you're in the chosen report, you can apply a focus group by clicking on the Filters tab > 'Add Filters'.
This will then display a pop-up, shown below.
Here you can place ticks next to each filter you would like to apply, including Focus Groups. In the example on the right, we have placed a tick next to the Maths Intervention focus group. Once ticked, you can then click ‘Apply’. Please note: Applying multiple focus groups will include students in ANY of the selected focus groups, rather than included in all selected focus group. |
The Filters tab will then update to reflect the selections made and the data within the report will be filtered to only include students included in your chosen focus group.
Default Focus Group (KS3/4 Only)
In the KS3/4 reports, when viewing a list of students, Analytics will highlight students who are included in your default focus group (as defined by your Sisra Administrator) with their chosen colour, making them easier to spot during analysis.
If you want to learn more about the functionality of the KS3/4 reports, you can see all the articles we have on this in the Report Functionality section of the Help Centre.
