KS5 FAQ - How do I analyse a Faculty's performance in the reports?

In the KS5 reports, you can analyse a Faculty's performance either by grouping the report view by 'Faculties' (available on selected reports) or by filtering the report by the Faculty you wish to analyse.

Group Report Data By - Faculty

When viewing the Value Added or Grade Analysis reports, you can choose to group report data by 'Faculties' for easy analysis of all faculties in one go.

This will produce a row for each faculty, as shown below, with the figures for each, allowing for easy comparisons across faculties.

Add Filter - Faculty

Filtering a report by a specific faculty can be done by clicking on the 'Add Filter' button:

Then, in Qual/Grade, select the faculty you wish to analyse from the Faculty dropdown. Then click Apply.

You will then be presented with the figures for that one faculty as a whole.
