What Reports are available?
Below we have outlined the reports and views available at the time of writing, and what analysis this provides. Please note: the reports available will depend on the data your Sisra Administrator at school has uploaded, the set up they have completed, and the options they have published with, alongside the types of qualifications your students take.
Headlines Area
The Headlines area shows overall figures of the cohort and includes the school performance measures covered in the DfE’s Statement of Intent for a particular cohort. This includes the following reports:
- Summary - Tables providing the overview of headline figures for the cohort.
-
Dashboard- Visual representation of your cohort with a graphical summary of your various
Headline figures in one location. - Charts - Visual representation of your cohort, including an in-depth range of charts covering various performance measures.

- Grade List - A list of the grades that each student has achieved for a selected qualification within the selected data set.
- Matrix - A matrix showing the grades for the selected qualification along the top and KS2 Core down the left. In the middle of the matrix, it will show the number of students with each prior attainment and grade.
- Comparison Matrix - A matrix that allows you to compare a qualification across two data sets by showing the number of students achieving each grade in the Main Focus data set compared to the Compare data set.
- Transition Matrix (DC*) - Compares how your students have performed against students with the same prior attainment score in the collaboration data.
- SPI Scattergraph (DC*) - A visual representation of how students have performed in the selected qualification compared with other students with the same prior attainment score and a grade in that subject area.
